• Challenge
The challenge
Data centres demand precise fire separation between halls, corridors and mechanical plant without compromising airflow or security zoning.
• Solution
Our approach
Rated steel doors on personnel and security routes, with curtain solutions for oversized openings between technical volumes where doors are impractical.
Technical volumes
Plant rooms, battery areas and white-space corridors each carry different fire loads. Door ratings and latching behaviour must match the fire strategy and security plan.
Outcomes
- Clear compartment boundaries for white space and plant
- Security and fire hardware coordination
- Openings protected without blocking critical clearances
