When you submit a Get in Touch or Request a Quote form, we collect the details you enter. That typically includes name, email address, phone number, company name and message. Quote requests also include product, project, quantity and city.

The form cannot accept file uploads. If you send drawings or specifications, please email them to info@boldt.co.in. Email attachments are processed so we can respond to your request.

We also receive a Cloudflare Turnstile token with form submissions to reduce automated abuse. We do not run Google Analytics on this site.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate specification support, and keep records of project correspondence.

We rely on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Submitting a form is a request for us to contact you about that enquiry. You may withdraw consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.

Form submissions are sent to our form processing provider (Mach Forms) as JSON. Cloudflare provides Turnstile bot protection. Our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver the site.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with professional advisers or authorities where Indian law requires it.

We keep enquiry and quote records for as long as needed to handle the request and any related project, then as required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. We then delete or anonymise the data.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of death or incapacity, where the Act allows.
