BÖLDT is a division of Window Techs India Private Limited, which has over 33 years of manufacturing experience across fire doors, fire curtains and glazed fire partitions.

Founded on three decades of manufacturing
Window Techs India Private Limited was founded in Faridabad in 1993, pioneering fire curtain technology in India. Today the group serves enterprises, hospitals, hotels and builders across the country as a complete architectural solutions partner, with BÖLDT as its dedicated passive fire protection division.
The integrated manufacturing plant for BÖLDT at Jaipur covers 111,000 sq ft. From design to manufacturing, all activities are in-house, giving full control of quality across the entire production process. Only accepted products reach the site.

• Manufacturing
European machinery, in-house control
The sheet metal processing line includes CNC notching and punching, CNC bending, and a powder coating facility with European-origin machinery to ensure production accuracy. For fire curtains, every component, from the steel head box to the final fabric stitch, is manufactured in-house in a dust-free environment.
Multi-Axis Punching Machine

0.05 mm accuracy, handles plate thickness up to 8 mm.
Multi-Axis Bending Machine
Imported from Italy
±0.05° accuracy, bends plate up to 12 mm thickness.
Long-span automatic sewing machine
Made to order, imported from Italy
Stitches a dual seam with stainless steel thread up to 25 metres in a single run - critical for large curtains that must hold form and operate smoothly.

Integrated in-house production means no dependency on third-party vendors or supply chain delays. From order confirmation to dispatch, every stage is tracked within our own facility.
Certified Performance
Every BÖLDT fire door is tested at CBRI and NABL-accredited laboratories, fully compliant with NBCS 2026. We also run random in-house furnace tests at our factory.
Automated Production
CNC-driven manufacturing lines ensure every doorset and curtain assembly is formed, fitted and finished with consistent precision - eliminating manual variance across high-volume orders.
National Service
